2. Products
All products sold on brickymart-haus.shop are physical goods. Product descriptions and images are as accurate as possible. We reserve the right to modify product availability without prior notice.
3. Order Process
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We will send an order confirmation email upon acceptance. The contract is formed when you receive the confirmation email.
4. Payment
Orders are paid by
cash on delivery. You pay the courier in cash when the order is handed over — no payment is taken in advance and no card details are collected. We do not currently accept card or online payment.
5. Pricing
All prices are displayed in
your local currency (EUR, PLN, CZK, HUF, RON, or BGN) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
6. Shipping
Shipping is handled per our
Shipping Policy. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary by destination (3–7 business days within the EU).
