Returns & Refunds

1. Your Right of Withdrawal

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

2. Conditions for Returns

• Items must be unused and in original packaging
• All tags, labels, and accessories must be included
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required

3. How to Start a Return

Email us at [email protected] with:

• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return
• Reason for return (optional but helpful)

We will provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.

4. Return Shipping Costs

• Defective/wrong items: We provide a prepaid return label at no cost
• Change of mind: Customer pays a flat return shipping fee of €5.99

5. Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 additional business days for your bank to process the refund.

6. Non-Returnable Items

• Custom or personalized items
• Unsealed consumables (filters, blades, etc.) unless defective
• Items damaged due to customer misuse

7. Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will arrange a full refund or replacement at no cost to you, including return shipping.
