1. 2-Year EU Legal Warranty
All products sold on brickymart-haus.shop are covered by the
2-year EU legal warranty under
Directive 2019/771/EU on the sale of goods. This warranty protects you from defects and conformity issues.
2. What Is Covered
- Manufacturing defects
- Products that do not conform to the description or specifications
- Products that are not fit for their intended purpose
- Defects that existed at the time of delivery
3. What Is NOT Covered
- Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or accidents
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidental damage (drops, water damage, etc.)
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Use contrary to product instructions
4. How to Make a Warranty Claim
Email us at

- Your order number
- Description of the defect
- Photos or video showing the issue
We will respond within 2 business days with resolution options.
5. Resolution
Depending on the nature of the defect, we will offer:
- Repair of the product
- Replacement with an identical or equivalent product
- Full refund if repair or replacement is not possible
6. Consumable Parts
Consumable parts such as batteries, blades, filters, and bulbs are not covered by the warranty unless they are defective at the time of delivery.
