Order Processing

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. You will receive another notification email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over €50 within Italy and the European Union.

• Standard Domestic Shipping (Italy): 3-5 business days
• Standard International Shipping (EU): 5-10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or high order volumes. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Shipment Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier's website to track the status of your delivery.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Brickymart Haus srl is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Brickymart Haus srl is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. We recommend saving all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
