3. Free Shipping

Orders over €50 qualify for free standard shipping to all supported countries.

4. Shipping Rates

• Standard shipping: €4.99 (orders under €50)
• Express shipping: €9.99 (1–2 business days)

5. Order Tracking

6. Packaging

All items are carefully packed in protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.

7. Delivery Delays

While we strive for on-time delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. If your order has not arrived within 7 business days past the estimated delivery date, please contact us.

8. Damaged in Transit

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at support@brickymart-haus.shop with photos of the damage within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
