2-Year Legal Warranty

Brickymart Haus srl provides a 2-Year Legal Warranty on all products sold to consumers within the European Union, in accordance with EU directives. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that exist at the time of delivery.

What is Covered?

This warranty covers any lack of conformity or manufacturing defects. If a product is found to be defective under normal use and service during the warranty period, we will, at our discretion, take one of the following actions:

  • Repair the product at no charge.
  • Replace the product with an identical or equivalent product.
  • Offer a partial or full refund if repair or replacement is not possible.

What is Not Covered?

This warranty does not cover issues resulting from:

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Accidental damage, misuse, abuse, or neglect.
  • Modification or unauthorized repair of the product.
  • Damage caused by failure to follow the product's instruction manual.
  • Consumable parts, such as batteries, blades, or filters, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team at support@brickmarthouse.it. You will need to provide the following information:

  1. Your original proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
  2. A clear description of the issue.
  3. Photographs or videos of the defect, if applicable.
